Description
"The worst kept best kept secret" or something like that. Formerly Kaptein og Professor, now back in a humble version without titles - just music. "Great music" someone has told me. It's nice to get praise of course, but don't trust others. Listen to the music yourself and find out what you think. Maybe it's something for you? Making your own choices and creating something with a unique and personal touch is important to me, and that's why this is an album that can be difficult to categorize. Think of the album as a bag of goodies. 10 songs, and maybe 8 different flavors. But I won't be harsh except that I can name a handful of labels that might fit a little here and there; funk, boogie, italo-disco, dub, electronica, indie-pop and even a little rap. Yes, you read that right. There are actually rap vocals on a song here. Does that mean it's a rap song? Well, I'm not that keen on that, but if it pleases anyone then let's say it. Genre definition is for the marketing department, not the creative department. But I understand that people might want a peg to hang their record on, so let me try to sum up the music like "Whateva I do it's gotta gotta be funky". Let's call the music F-Punk Boogie.
