Faster trading

When you shop at our online store, you can choose to store your payment cards on our secure servers. All major players such as Apple and Amazon offer this to their customers, and it helps ensure efficient handling of new and recurring purchases or solve any problems with debiting, cancellation of reservation and crediting.

This is optional and helps to ensure efficient handling of new and recurring purchases or any problems with debiting, cancellation of reservation and crediting.

Only the last 4 digits of the card number will be visible when you are logged in, so that you can identify the correct card. You can easily choose not to save your payment cards by not ticking "remember my payment details" on the payment page in your shopping cart.

Please note that you must enter the entire card number again if you change or add a new address. This is a security for you so that no one can order goods for themselves through your account.

Payment

The purchase price can, at your own choice, be settled by bank or credit card.

When using a card, the purchase price will be reserved on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day that the shipment is made. Unclaimed and unpaid parcels will be charged a fee of NOK 250 + return shipping of valid orders, to cover our expenses. In the event of non-payment, the claim will, after prior notice, be sent to debt collection.

We also accept payments via Paypal.

If you are in Oslo, it is also possible to collect the goods from us and pay by card or cash on collection.

Security in online shopping

In order to contribute to easy and secure trading on our online store, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All data you send us on the internet is encrypted and protected to the maximum. When SSL is activated, you will see a padlock at the top of the window on your browser. You can click on this if you want all the information about the SSL connection and the certificate used.
