Description
TRAMTEATRET – TRAMTEATRET (1982)
Tramteatret was a Norwegian, politically radical theater group that was active in the 70s and 80s. The group was founded in 1976 on the initiative of Liv Aakvik, after a core left the Studentersamfunnets Theater at Chateau Neuf in Oslo. They made their recording debut in 1977.
Tramteatret was released in May 1982. The album was recorded in Bel Studio in Oslo and consisted of some of the songs from the revue Det enkleste er pistol plus some brand new ones and the Melodi Grand Prix entry «Det er vår tur nå». The album was released on the international record company EMI after Talent had been shut down and the artists were transferred to Arne Bendiksen's company.
