THULE – ULTIMA THULE (1987)
The Honningsvåg band Thule, which started in 1983, is probably marginally better known abroad than here at home, as part of the Scandinavian neo-prog movement that continues to have a strong international following. Nevertheless, despite a low profile at home, Thule's 1990 album Natt ended up on Morgenbladet's list of Norway's best album releases - even in a solid 54th place with the album Natt. Thule's second album Ultima Thule was recorded at Aktiv Audio in Finnsnes between March 23 and April 3, 1987.
