THEO – THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY (1988)
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is the third album from the Norwegian heavy metal / rock band Theo. The first two came only on cassette, while this was their first LP. The album was recorded in Grimstad Lydstudio, mixed at the same location by Tom Samuelsen and the band themselves. It was released in 1988 by Veps Musikk on LP. The album received good reviews in, among others, the music magazine Kerrang! "Born to Rock" was released on vinyl single in 1989. The band is named after the band's drummer Stig Theo Eriksen and was disbanded already the year after the release. Then the two guitarists in the band, Bård Torstensen and Erlend Otten, traveled to Sweden and started Clawfinger.
