Captain Sabretooth and the Treasure of Kjuttaviga is a children's and family musical with lyrics and music by Terje Formoe . It was shown as an outdoor summer performance in Kristiansand Dyrepark in 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993, and is the first performance of Formoe 's pirate figure Captain Sabertooth . Foreword played the main role himself, including opposite his daughter Janne Formoe in the role of the southern girl Sunniva. The play and the music from it are probably the biggest success in the history of Norwegian musical theatre. The record sold a whopping 250,000 copies in its time, but has never been released in its original form since then. The record is produced by Alf Emil Eik and is being remastered for the occasion.
