Silver is (was?) a Norwegian glam punk rock band. The band formed at Moi in 1996, and debuted in 2000 with the Billboard Blackout EP . They were one of the winning bands during Zoom 2000 and were sent on the subsequent Zoom tour in Norway, England and Scotland in the spring of 2001. In 2001 they released Riot 1-2-3 EP on Virgin. The next release was the album White Diary , followed by the singles "Angels Calling", "The Sin Fix Journal" and "Funeral Class One". "Angels Calling" became a hit and was constantly played on radio and TV, however, the song has never been fully accepted by "hardcore" Silver fans. On May 8, 2006, the follow-up album World Against World was released. The album contained the hit song "The Personal Decay". Now it is finally being released on LP!
