Silver was a Norwegian glam punk rock band. The band formed at Moi in 1996, and debuted in 2000 with the Billboard Blackout EP . They were one of the winning bands during Zoom 2000 and were sent on the subsequent Zoom tour in Norway, England and Scotland in the spring of 2001. In 2001, they released the Riot 1-2-3 EP on Virgin. The next release was the album White Diary , with the singles "Angels Calling", "Evacuate! (The Sin Fix Journal)" and "Funeral Class One". "Angels Calling" became a hit and was constantly played on radio and TV.
