Peltz is an energetic rock band started by Morten Abel in 1994 as a parallel project to The September When . Abel played guitar and vocals himself, and the band also consisted of Kjetil Netteland on bass guitar and Espen Noreger on drums. The band released the album Coma , which received good reviews, in 1996, before Morten Abel went on to launch his successful solo career. The album features the hit songs "Out of Flames" and "Threat to me".
