Description

Marius Muller and Totto Hansen started the band Funhouse in the late 1980s. Kjetil Saunes played bass in the band from the start, but was replaced by Pål Reinertsen (from, among others, Jonas Fjeld). The band used several names, such as Marius Müller with Mus & Menn and Sheep, before finally landing on Funhouse . This was a power trio that mainly played cover songs (especially Jimi Hendrix) both on stage and on record. For a period early in their career they played regularly at Smuget in Oslo every Wednesday. The band got a contract with Sonet, and eventually released four albums there. Big was their third album and was released in 1993.
