Description
A term for Norwegian music lovers. Ever since her debut in 1960, she has been counted among the Norwegian piano elite, with countless concerts and appearances on radio and TV. She has toured and given courses and master classes all over the world. Glaser studied with Robert Riefling in Oslo, at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique in Paris with the legendary Vlado Perlemuter, later with Wilhelm Kempff.
In 1990 she went back to school, took lessons from Paul Badura-Skoda in Vienna, studied Mozart manuscripts at the NMA, Mozarteum, and delved into fortepiano with Malcolm Bilson at Cornell University in the USA.
In 1965 she released four LPs on the RCA Victor Red Seal label - all critically acclaimed and legendary in Norwegian classical music. These have never been released on CD before.
The box is printed in 300 copies and contains a thick booklet with liner notes by Wolfgang Plagge.
