KRISTIN BERGLUND - LONG DISTANCE LOVE (1979)
Kristin Berglund was a Norwegian blues vocalist, guitarist and composer and released a number of recordings under her own name. She was discovered by the music scene's Finn Kalvik and Lillebjørn Nilsen, and took part in the music festival in Haugesund in 1971, and made her recording debut with the music album I blåtimen in 1976. In 1979, the Talent record company agreed and sent her into the studio with some of the world's leading musicians. Kristin was backed by Dr. John, David Lindley, Jim Keltner, Ian Underwood and Jeff Porcaro and David Hungate from Toto and the record is one of Norwegian music's most hidden treasures. The record is now out on CD for the first time.
