KAINOS – KAINOS (1978)
Kainos was Inspired by Swedish Jerusalem, they released their self-titled album Kainos in 1978.
Produced by U»-Bono's close friend Andy Kidd in Alf Emil Eik's studio in Kristiansand, the goal was to create a solid prog rock album. Jo Nesbø wrote the lyrics for the song "Reell frelse" and the album has become a cult classic in prog and rock circles. Badet consisted of: Jari Sempill (drums), Karl Brunvoll (bass, vocals) Arne Nøst, (flute, saxophone, vocals), Øystein Eikeland (guitar), Petter Mortensen (keyboards, vocals) and Ingunn Kanestrøm and Marit Nøst (vocals).
