Knutsen and Ludvigsen's last album - Juba Juba from 1883 - was also their best. The entire population of Norway was invited to a wild party. It was juba in the thousands of homes, in the cars, on the radio and on television. It was juba in everyone's heads and on everyone's lips. The album had cross-generational appeal then, and still has today. It's filled to the brim with timeless all-ages pop.
In this book Gro Dahle tells about his life with Knutsen and Ludvigsen and Juba Juba. She also travels to Trondheim to talk to Øystein Dolmen, or Knutsen, the surviving member of the duo. Gustav Lorentzen - Ludvigsen - died in 2010.
