IVAR MEDAAS AND OVE THUE – FACE TO FACE (1987)
Ove Thue (1951–2022) was a Norwegian singer/composer and revue writer. He was the vocalist in Saft (together with his brother Trygve Thue), which was a pioneering band in Norwegian pop/rock in the 1970s. Ivar Medaas (1938–2005) was a Norwegian folk singer from Alversund in Lindås in Nordhordland. He became nationally known with the song "Dar kjem dampen", which was a tribute to the liner DS "Oster". Together with his wife Kari Medaas, he released a number of songs and albums under the name Vestlandsduoen.
Together they released two albums, Bymann og stril in 1984) and Ansikt til ansikt in 1987.
