From 4 to 70 is the third studio album by Norwegian pop singer Inger Lise Rypdal, released in the fall of 1973 on the record label Talent. The album received Norway's first platinum record and spent 23 weeks on the VG-lista in 1974, peaking at number two. A total of six (!) songs from the album were on the Norwegian charts: "I mitt liv", "Denne gården", "En splendens dag for Josefine", "Sangen han sang var min egen", "Nyforelsket 70 år" and "Regn". Two singles also made it onto the VG-lista: "I mitt liv" for seven weeks in 1973, peaking at number six, and "En splendens dag for Josefine" for 22 weeks in 1974, peaking at number one.
