Harald Heide-Steen jr. was a Norwegian actor, comedian and jazz musician who was known as "Dynamitt-Harry" in the Norwegian Olsenbanden films. He is also known as an improvisational comedian, often in a duo with Rolv Wesenlund under the name "Wesensteen" in the late 1960s. Heide-Steen jr. was experienced in the revue and theater environment, and had several solo performances where he became known for his many characters, including "Rikstyristsjef Otmar X. Johansen", "Sylfest Strutle", "Russisk ubåtkaptein", "Nynorsk indisk kirurg" and "Flykaptein" for the airline Spantax. On this record, he works in a duo with Trond-Viggo Torgersen, and some of the sketches are some of the funniest ever recorded in the country.
