GUDNY ASPAAS – SNAPSHOTS (1986)
Gudny Aspaas is best known from the prog rock group Ruphus, where she excelled with her powerful voice. Here she went in and out of the band from 1973 to 1979. She started her career as a vocalist in the band Leif Sonells. The band signed a contract with Fredrik Friis' record company Ekko in 1970. She also participated in Melodi Grand Prix 1976, 1979, 1981 (as a member of the group Darlings) and 1982. In 1985 she released the solo album Snapshots, where Svein Dag Hauge produced, Lava was the backing band and Marius Müller wrote the song "Animals" for her.
