CATO SANDEN - CATO SANDEN (1984)
Cato Sanden helped start the country rock band Flying Norwegians in 1973 together with Jarle Zimmermann, Rune Walle, Gunnar Bergstrøm and Johannes Torkelsen. In 1984, he debuted as a solo artist with the album Cato Sanden after Åge Aleksandersen had convinced him that he had enough song material for this. For this he won the 1984 Spellemann prize in the roots & country category.
