Arvid Inge Sletta from Frøya in Trøndelag is a Norwegian guitarist and composer. He started his career in the band Easy Riders in the mid-80s, where Sletta's brothers Reidar and Øyvind were also part of. Their output consisted of the single "Call Me Tonight"/"You Drink Too Much" plus two cassettes: Brilliant Kind Of Works (1988) and In Love (1990). The band disbanded in the early 90s, but Arvid Sletta continued his career as a solo artist, with an album that his brothers also participated in. His 1990 album Statement is a cult classic of the greats. Since 2005, he has released nine albums.
