Description
In the 1980s, Anita Hegerland's pop trilogy came out. First, she made an album of English-language country pop. The album, Anita Hegerland, was recorded in London with British musicians and Graham Sacher as producer. The next album, All The Way (1983), was a more modern production with pop songs provided by, among others, Rolf Løvland, Torstein Bieler, Svein Dag Hauge, George Keller and Philip A. Kruse. Anita returned to her native language on the album Flørt (1985), recorded in Sweden with Swedish studio musicians and Lennart Sjøholm as producer. The song material was provided by, among others, Finn Kalvik, Benny Borg and Svein Gundersen. During this period, Hegerland also participated as an actor in several films, including Turnaround and The fjord is beautiful.
